Foothills Psychological Services, Inc. is a private practice with offices in Chino and Upland, California. FPS is the largest private behavioral health practice in the Inland Empire. The practice has a number of preferred contracts with medical groups and insurance companies, as well as excellent relationships with local education, law enforcement, and business groups. As a result, FPS is able to provide services to a diverse client population. Office clients range from 3 to 101, and represent almost every conceivable ethnicity and diagnosis. Languages spoken by clinical staff include Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hungarian, Hindi and Urdu.
